If any physical product or documentation is involved (e.g., training kits, certificates, USB drives), those will be shipped via trusted courier services.

Digital Services/Files: Delivery is made via email or online access within [1–5 working days] of order confirmation, depending on the scope of the service.

Physical Items (if applicable): Dispatched within [2–7 working days] and delivered within [7–10 working days] depending on the delivery location.

3. Shipping Charges (if applicable)

For physical deliveries, standard shipping charges may apply based on your location and order value. These will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

No shipping charges apply for digital products or services.

4. Delivery Process

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
For digital deliveries, a download link or access credentials will be sent to your registered email.
For physical products, a tracking ID will be shared once the package is shipped.

5. Delayed Delivery
